Terms of access

These terms apply to the evaluation download and any accompanying materials made available through the CDP access request process. They are separate from the software licence that governs the CDP repository itself.

The CDP repository is released under the Business Source License 1.1. Non-production use — evaluation, development, testing and training — is permitted at no cost. Production use requires a separate instance licence from VUIT Data Labs. Four years after publication, each release converts automatically to the Apache License, Version 2.0. These terms govern the gated evaluation release only and do not extend or replace the software licence.

The evaluation download is shared for evaluation purposes only. Access is personal to the individual named on the request and must not be shared, forwarded, or republished. The download and any password remain the confidential property of the author during the evaluation period.

Requests, verifications, and downloads are logged with a timestamp. Evaluation access may be withdrawn at any time.
